Workshops by Westside Leadership Institute is a unique and immersive 11-week program designed to help individuals develop their leadership skills, build their network, and gain valuable insights into community engagement. Taught by subject experts with years of experience in the field, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum covering essential topics such as mission, vision, and values, board governance, civic engagement, partnerships, grant writing, marketing and social media, networking and resources, finance basics, and project execution.

By enrolling in Workshops, participants can apply leadership concepts through practical projects, networking connections development, community involvement, and decision-making opportunities. They will receive ongoing support from subject experts through regularly scheduled workshops and be granted project funding to help bring their ideas to life. The cost of this course is only $50, with a market value of $1,000, making it an affordable and accessible opportunity to anyone looking to become a successful leader in their community.
